Totally hypothetical question: If you could only have 10 books, what books would they be? Not hypothetical question: what if after paring down to 10 books you were in a place where new books were expensive, and mostly but not totally limited to best sellers and the best sellers of the classics? And you had access to a pretty good library, but one with mostly older books?
Also if you live near me and want borrow some books, they will be sad and lonely without you. You can return them by leaving them on the porch, if you know what I mean.
