Bruni Goes Down a Dangerous Path

We, or mostly my roommate tried this a while ago, and let me tell you Bruni makes infusing things into vodka sound easy. We put something - I believe ginger -  in the vodka, let it sit for a few weeks, and when we opened the vodka, found a massive THING, a sort of living breathing creature, almost with arms and legs, as if the THING had grown mold, and which then had children and grandchildren and became sentient. It put me off vodka for a year. So be warned.
